LPM Advies offers services aimed at improving the employability of employees. The Main purpose is to optimally utilize the potential of employees. 

This potential can be influenced on individual and organizational level. The basis of our consultancy is the Career Potential Measurement; a scientifical measuring instrument developed by Prof. dr. Beatrice I.J.M. van der Heijden and others.  
 
These results form the core of different implementations, developed by LPM Advies, on the domain of career development, coaching and the in-, through- and outflow of personnel.
